COMSOL Workshop: Acoustics Modelling

This workshop provides an introduction to Acoustics Module, an add-on to the COMSOL Multiphysics^® software that provides tools for modelling acoustics and vibrations

Contents that will be covered include:

• Key features of the Acoustics Module
• Acoustics applications, such as speakers, mobile devices, microphones, mufflers, sensors, sonar, and flow meters
• Key physics interfaces, including pressure acoustics, thermoviscous acoustics and ray acoustics
• Multiphysics couplings with other physical effects, including structural mechanics, piezoelectricity and fluid flow
• Acoustics modelling strategies
• Hands-on exercise: Acoustics-Structure Interaction

• This workshop will require you to bring your own laptop that runs on a 64-bit Operating System. Please visit System Requirements to see the minimum configuration COMSOL requires for installation.
• Participants will be provided with a FREE 2-week COMSOL product evaluation license after they attend the workshop
